📋 PRE-PROPOSAL PREPARATION

Checklist for the proposer:

  • Engagement ring (check carefully, keep in a safe place)
  • Smart casual outfit (bright colors for easy crew identification)

Information to share with the crew:

💐 PART 2: THE SURPRISE MOMENT – FLOWER PRESENTATION (5-7 minutes)

💍 PART 3: THE PROPOSAL MOMENT – DECLARATION OF LOVE (10-15 minutes)

Preparation:

  • Crew attaches microphones to both of you (quick and discreet)
  • Background music is playing
  • Cameras are recording

Step-by-step process:

Step 1: Build the emotion Hold her hands, look into her eyes:

“You know, from the moment I met you until now, I’ve…”

Step 2: Express your genuine feelings

Content suggestions (adapt to your story):

  • About the past: Recall your first meeting, the first moment you felt something special

Step 3: Get down on one knee

  • Slowly kneel down (one or both knees)
  • Take out the ring box, open it
  • Hold the ring toward her

Step 4: The proposal question

Option 1 – Traditional:

“Will you marry me and spend the rest of your life with me?”

Option 2 – Emotional:

“My love, will you become the woman I get to call ‘my wife’?”

Option 3 – Sweet:

Step 5: Place the ring
