C’est La Vie is a wedding and event decoration studio in Da Nang, Vietnam. We design and build floral arches, backdrops, stages, table styling and full on-site setup for weddings, proposals, Teabreak, birthdays, Lunar New Year decor and corporate events.

We are based in Da Nang and regularly work at beaches, resorts, hotels, villas, restaurants and private homes across the city and nearby (Hoi An, Son Tra, Non Nuoc). Destination couples flying in for a Da Nang wedding are welcome.

Weddings: 2–4 months (peak season 4–6 months). Proposals: 2–4 weeks minimum; popular dates book earlier. Corporate / Teabreak: 2–3 weeks. Rush jobs may be possible if we have crew availability — ask us directly.

Yes — we offer ceremony-only, reception-only or full-day packages. One team coordinates both spaces for a consistent concept and timeline.

Prices depend on scale, florals and venue. Intimate ceremonies often start from around 15–25M VND; full wedding setups commonly range 35–120M+ VND. We itemise every line in your quote — no hidden fees.

A deposit (typically 30–50%) secures your date after contract signing. The balance is due before or on event day per agreement. Full policy: Payment Policy.

Minor tweaks are usually fine until 7–14 days before setup. Major changes (guest count, extra stages, premium florals) may affect price and timeline — we confirm in writing before proceeding.

Small events: 2–4 hours. Weddings: 4–8 hours or setup the day before for large builds. We share a detailed timeline in your confirmation sheet.

Yes — a coordinator or lead stylist is on site for weddings and most full packages to handle adjustments, vendor timing and teardown.

We prepare plan B in advance: transparent marquees, indoor backup space or adjusted schedule. Materials are chosen to withstand moderate wind where possible.

We focus on decoration and coordination. We can recommend and liaise with trusted AV, photo/video and catering partners as part of a full wedding plan.
