What Is a Wedding Planner? Do You Need One?

Wedding planner (full planning): partners with you 6–12 months ahead — budget, timeline, vendor shortlist, concept meetings and progress tracking until the last guest leaves.

Wedding coordinator (day-of): joins 2–4 weeks before the wedding when you have already booked venue and vendors — we take the “driver’s seat” on the day so you enjoy the moment.

Hire a planner if: you are busy, planning from another city/country, or your wedding mixes multiple venues and cultures (ceremony + reception + engagement ceremony).

Coordinator is enough if: you love DIY planning but want a professional to run timelines, cues and decor handover on wedding day.
