1. Payment Methods:
We offer various payment methods for our valued customers to choose the most suitable option:
- Direct Payment: Customers can pay in cash upon receipt of goods.

2. Payment Terms:

- Installment 1: 50% of the contract value will be paid after signing the contract.

For foreign customers and those outside Da Nang and Quang Nam:
- Installment 1: 50% of the contract value will be paid after signing the contract.
- Installment 2: The remaining 50% of the contract value will be paid after handing over the project and the customer has inspected and accepted the work at the specified address.
4. Refund Policy:
- Refund Conditions: We will consider refunding customers in cases where the service does not meet requirements or errors occur on our part.
- Refund Procedure: Customers are requested to contact us for specific instructions regarding the refund process.
