Payment Policy

1. Payment Methods:

We offer various payment methods for our valued customers to choose the most suitable option:

  • Direct Payment: Customers can pay in cash upon receipt of goods.
  • Bank Transfer: Customers can transfer money to the company’s bank account.
  • E-wallet Payment: We support popular e-wallets such as [e.g., Momo, ZaloPay].
  • Card Payment: Customers can pay online using domestic ATM cards or international cards.

2. Payment Terms:

  • Prepayment: Customers are required to pay 100% of the order value before we proceed with the service.
  • Progress Payment: For large projects, we can divide the payment into multiple stages, which will be clearly stated in the contract.

3. Payment Schedule:

Payments will be divided into 2 installments:

  • Installment 1: 50% of the contract value will be paid after signing the contract.
  • Installment 2: The remaining 50% of the contract value will be paid after completing the entire service, and the customer has inspected and accepted the work.

For foreign customers and those outside Da Nang and Quang Nam:

  • Installment 1: 50% of the contract value will be paid after signing the contract.
  • Installment 2: The remaining 50% of the contract value will be paid after handing over the project and the customer has inspected and accepted the work at the specified address.

4. Refund Policy:

  • Refund Conditions: We will consider refunding customers in cases where the service does not meet requirements or errors occur on our part.
  • Refund Procedure: Customers are requested to contact us for specific instructions regarding the refund process.
  • Refund Timeframe: We will refund the customer’s account within [Number of days] working days from the date we receive the refund request.

5. Payment for Additional Services:

  • Shipping Fees: Shipping fees (if any) will be added to the total order value.
  • Additional Charges: Other additional costs (if any) will be notified to customers before proceeding with payment.
